“Great value for money. Very easy meet and greet, they were there waiting on departure and arrival. Super kind and helpful on the phone when we realised our Tesla battery died in the cold weather whilst we were still away. Would definitely use again!”
“Absolutely terrible. On the way to drop off car I called the number given 30 minutes before arrival as instructed. They did not answer the phone. I ended up calling them 22 times over the next 1.2 hours before someone answered phone and sent a chaufer to get car. I just made my flight after total incompetence by aph. Stay away from them is my advice”
“Very efficient meet & greet. Following a couple of phone calls to confirm arrivals the APH driver was very punctual to meet us and upon return from holiday a bright, cheerful driver was ready with the car exactly when we arrived. The drop-off was just adjacent to the Gatwick North Terminal which was very convenient. The only slight issue I encountered was that the sign posting to the Car Park 5 upon arrival was not immediately clear and I had to go out and back in, would be great maybe if the directions warned of an immediate right turn upon arrival. Other than that, excellent service.”
“Was a bit sceptical initially when booking bit had nothing to worry about, great company to go with if you need to leave your car at Gatwick. Received a call the day before to confirm details and on the day of drop off things couldn't have gone smoother. Clear instructions, friendly meet and greet and into the terminal close by, stress free.
On return again simple instructions to follow and stress free walk out of airport in drive away.

“We have used this service on a number of occasions now but think it would be better if the car was ready for us when we come out of the terminal rather than having to wait, especially if it is a cold evening. That is the reason we don't use the Long Term parking. Perhaps when you have seen that the flight has landed you can make your way to the car park. We rarely, if ever, travel with luggage, just a carry on bag so go straight through the baggage hall or perhaps it would be better to ask us to ring when on way to passport control. Whatever is decided, a small change in operation would make all the difference to the service. The chauffeurs are always polite and friendly.”
