“Bloc Hotel was ideally located in Gatwick airport but the facilities are poor and inadequate. The room was very small with no space for clothes, no telephone to connect with reception, so no early morning call facility, a must for an early start. The toilet was also the wet room for a shower. Unfortunately, the water did not drain away so the floor remained wet all night ! Not good for bare feet when using the bathroom at night and in the morning. Also, the food facilities at night in South Terminal are inadequate and Bloc doesn't do food at all. A poor experience which will not be repeated.”
