“The room was very small. When you use the shower, the whole bathroom is wet so you cannot use the toilet or basin afterwards without getting wet feet. The air conditioning didn’t work so I spoke to reception who said they would send someone to look at it - no-one turned up. The website said there were plenty of places to eat, however the majority of them were beyond security control which is useless when you have a room for the night before your flight.”
“Great hotel ideal for relaxing and avoiding the stress of early morning flights. Arrive the night before park and then start your holiday early. We usually do twilight check in for our baggage so we just need to get up and go through security.
The room is basic but clean and if you want you can book a room with a window to see the end of the run way.
Although the room has shower gel remember you toiletries that can go into a plastic bag for security.”
“Clean room, Beds comfortable,I liked the tea and coffee facilities, I just think this should be explained more from reception where this is located, maybe some signage as soon as you get out of the lift. Reception friendly and helpful on arrival.”
