“Nice hotel with the rooms very comfortable. Restaurant and facilities are high quality and food at reasonable price. Staff very helpful and polite. Would happily stay again.”
“Room was comfortable but the restaurant was very cold. The air con apparently is a set temperature for the season and cannot be changed so even when the weather gets cold the air con is full on. Everyone was sat in their coats eating - not a great experience. The staff apologised.”
“When we arrived we went to our room when we got there it hadn’t been cleaned, when we went back to reception the lady was very apologetic and helpful she upgraded our room with 4 free drinks, couldn’t ask for more”
“On the night we stayed there was a wedding which took up all car parking spaces and staff didn’t even care if we had a space but other then that no faults”
“I will definitely stay here again if I have an early flight from Gatwick. It was easy to park. My room although compact had everything in it (and more) that I needed for my short overnight stay, and the lovely reception staff organised a wake-up call for me. Did not have breakfast as I left too early, but my evening meal was freshly prepared and delicious. Thank you!”
