“From looking outside of the building you wouldn't realise how nice it is inside. My first time staying here for a night and much better than a holiday Inn/Premier Inn in my opinion. I couldn't fault the room it had everything needed and was perfect. The lobby and lounge area looked really smart, and the staff very professional and helpful. I would come back again!!”
“We arrived and had to wait over two hours to get a room. Eventually spoke to a manager who seem to get us a room. The room was of poor quality looking out onto dirty roof tops. Evening dinner service was not very good.. In morning I had a car problem, and limited to time because of plans schedule. I contacted AA but could not attend in time. Asking at reception for help all I was told was leave the car at a cost of £150. Thanks for nothing. Needless to say won't use this place again. We caught out plane but was very late.”
“despite issues with the booking having been cancelled I believe by yourselves, the hotel sorted it out and were really kind. The place was very clean, quiet and organised. We were in at 9 and out at 330am so did not get full benefit, but it left a good impression.”
