“The room was OK but smelt of paint as had just been redecorated so ask to move which they did no hesitation and gave us a complementary drink at the bar staff and food was very good would definitely stay there again”

“Used Meet & Greet service for the first time. It made the start of our holiday so much less stressful. Stay in the hotel was relaxing and APH simple instructions meant we did not have to worry about anything just the holiday. APH and Crown Plaza run an excellent service. On return the flight details were wrong (12 hours early) but not a problem for APH. Just a slight delay as they were not ready for us. Staff in both companies are very polite and helpful. Will use it again and highly recommend the use of these services.”
