“I have been using APH and Sentinel parking for many years and always been hugely satisfied with the services. However on my recent trip I found the drivers to be less helpful. The drivers have always been friendly and helpful with your baggage. On my outward journey the bus was quite full and we were the last to get on the bus with no driver in sight. I had two very heavy bags and the only free storage was at height. I managed to get the first bag on the rack and while in the process of lifting the second bag the driver climbed in the bus and imediately set off. This sent me falling backwards over other passengers and could have caused injury had I not managed to hold onto the suitcase.
On the inbound bus journey the driver did not leave his cab or offer any help. Again I was only left with higher luggage rack options so decided to stand and hold onto my bags.
I will add, this is the first time I have had cause to be disgruntled by this and would hope my note will help with this area of the service in the future”
