“We have always used Sentinel and it's always been an excellent service. However, on this latest occasion our return trip from the airport was not managed appropriately. So many people were bundled onto the bus, many standing with their suitcases because there was no room to store them and a lot of these people were older and should have had a seat, but there wasn't even enough room to move and offer a seat. This also created quite a que for collecting keys. I am hoping this is a one off as this is the last thing people want in the early hours in the morning.”
