“Very handy for Leeds Bradford Airport, fairly reasonable rates. Not at all impressed with the way that the drivers just sit in the drivers seat and watch as customers struggle loading their cases. We're in our 70s and would really have appreciated a helping hand with our 2 cases. I think the time might have come to get a taxi direct from home to the airport door as there's not that much difference in cost.”
“Directions to find the car park were clear and easy to follow. Dropping the car off was an absolute breeze and the staff were so friendly when I dropped off my keys. The shuttle bus was ready and waiting to take us to the terminal and also was ready and waiting for us on the way home. The car was moved to a spot for us right where you collect your keys. Absolutely fantastic service and I'll never use anywhere else whenever we need airport parking. Thank you Sentinel.”
“When we landed at Leeds Bradford we went to the Sentinel bus stop and queued at the Sentinel bus shelter when the bus arrived it stopped way past the shelter so instead of being at the front of the queue we ended up at the back with everyone getting on before us especially annoying as it was raining. Maybe you could address this matter ie. put up a bus stop sign to indicate the front of the queue. appart from that the service was very good with the driver helping us load our cases.”
