All staff helpful, although our driver sat tight in his driver's seat {perhaps not allowed to help unlike in Manchester APH} when the olds were having difficulty in lifting heavy bulky cases on and off bus, and also into the storage areas over the low level bar or worse still when that area was full doing weight lifting to shoulder height with their cases!.”
