“As a repeat customer I expected to recieve the normal 10% reduction when I logged on to Sentinal. My car was parked last week but when i booked the stay, I did not have any opportunity to recieve that reduction. I can see that Sentinel has been taken over by a large car park company that does not offer this reduction. Very disapointed customer. Could ypou please advise if this will be in place in the future.
