“First time using APH and I was very happy with the service. Sat nav took me right to the site and I was politely advised where to park, shuttle to the airport arrived within minutes.
On return, there was a shuttle waiting at the bay and I was back to my car in no time. Only slight criticism, car park could do with lighting as l arrived back late at night.”
“Good parking facility, good bus timetable for transport to terminal. Would benefit with better clarity between carparks whether self park or key drop off on the website when booking and on confirmation e mails.”
“Was decent, got told to park in Row M but there was no spots and the guy kept sending cars down, and all the spaces in row M were super tight, had to find another space myself in a different row, so don’t always listen to where they send you”
“The whole experience was really smooth and easy. The only slight critisim I would have is I feel the cars are packed in just a bit tightly together. I only have a Fiat 500, so it fits easily into most spots. Getting in and out of the car was a bit of a struggle though, especially if you are not so mobile. Having said that bus frequency, drivers and transfer time brilliant.”
