“On arrival was directed to a parking zone where there were plenty of spaces. The driver waited for me to collect my belongings before setting off; the transfer to the airport was quick.
On returning did not have to wait too long for the transfer bus. location and wait time available by scanning the QR code at the bus stop.
Would use again”
“Arrived on a late flight. 1am. Car park was not lit.
Signage is non-existent to exit car park. Bends were too tight. Crammed as many cars in as possible. Bays are not marked.
Better signage is required to locate the car park as we entered the incorrect car park first that displayed the APH sign. Won't be using again.”

“Extremely smooth and efficient on arrival. We just missed a bus and could track the one to the airport but not the other way around(!) We had enough time though. On our return the key fob failed and, despite overhearing a comment that it wasn't their resposibility (never claimed it was) from over the radio, the help provided got us going and we were able to drive home. Friendliness of staff I spoke to directly is the 5 given. If I'd taken the overheard comment into account it would have been lower.”
“this carpark did the job but the staff did not appear to enjoy their work. The roadways need to be kept clear of the stones that you park on. I was at the end of a section and it was difficult to wheel the suitases to and from the bus stop”
