“Just something I noticed. I have used Airparks directly a few times so I am more up to speed on that service. Their is nothing to tell me that on arrival APH self park go this way etc. However I found it fine and all good as I new it wasn't Airparks. Then when the transfer came it's Airparks which is fine and then I noticed that it drives around to where we usually get picked up for Airparks so I knew that on return not to get off when the driver pulls in to that stop. However as the driver only shouts something about something on arrival I don't know what he said but he says nothing about saying on for APH etc. So when we were leaving I noticed people pulling their cases around to APH from Airparks as they got off to early. I can imagine this happens a lot and it doesn't need to happen. I asked the driver at Luton airport is this APH and he just looked at me like dohh and mumbled something about Yeh Airparks is APH. I could see in small logo on side of bus transfer APH. I just think something needs to change to promote APH .”
