“Very pleased with the service received. Directions to the car park were good and well signed. Only negative was lack of lighting on return to the car park in the early hours of the morning .”
“Very convenient to be able to leave the car at the car park. However, the parking spaces are very small and narrow, so the risk of another driver scratching your car is quite high. I took pictures after parking my car, just in case, as you need to drive out of the space to load other passengers and luggage. The location is about 15 minutes from the airport and open 24/7.
We had an issue on arrival as the machine wouldn't give us a ticket, but the staff opened the gate for us. As a result, on the day of pick-up, we had to call someone and wait for staff to open the gate again.
Other than that, we were happy and would leave our car here again.”
“This was my first experience using your Luton service, and unfortunately, it did not meet the high standards I’ve come to expect from your Gatwick location.Upon arrival, the signage was unclear, making navigation difficult, especially with multiple companies operating from the same site. The staff on site were not as approachable or helpful as the APH team I’ve encountered elsewhere, particularly when asked for directions. The parking surface consisted of large, loose rocks, approximately two inches in size, which caused significant issues with luggage wheels as we had to drag our suitcases for over 500 metres to reach the bus stop to the terminal. The parking bays were extremely narrow, creating a cramped and uncomfortable experience. The shuttle driver, who did not appear to be an APH employee, was unwelcoming, which added to the disappointment. Returning at 2 a.m. and dealing again with the same rough terrain and damaged wheels only compounded the frustration. Overall, the experience at Luton fell short of expectations, especially when compared to the consistently excellent service at your Gatwick location.”

Bus transfer was easy & quick both ways.
