“Access road has a large pothole. On arrival we were told to park in 'M" but there were no spaces there so had to reverse out as another car was reversing out in front of us. 2 buses were then in our way. The guy who told us where to park was just having a ciggie with a colleague and obviously does'nt take his role seriously about advising us where to park. But the price was good and there were regular transfer buses. Yet another case of Management never checking on what is going on with their business.”
“Car park very tight. The lighting was non existent which is quite dangerous when walking from car to bus stop.
The driver didn’t announce which car park we had arrived at. This would be ok but the windows were so steamed up it was impossible to see out.”
“Very easy to find, quick service and reasonably priced. Only improvement could be done - instructions in the email would take you to drop and go parking instead of self parking.”
“The car park is excellent and safe, prices are always good, location is perfect, it's very close to the airport which is great, transfer to the airport is in every 15-20 minutes, staff is very friendly and very helpful. We are very very satisfied with everything....”
“Had, what I consider to be a, long wait for the bus at the self-park car park. The member of staff said it was meant to be a 10 minute service but we were waiting over 35 minutes. He said they already had 5 buses running. Anyway, the queue was so long by this point that not everyone could get on the bus. We did get to the airport BUT I don't need the added anxiety so I wouldn't use again.”
