“Arrived in dark & inadequate lighting. rough surface with puddles. one lady carrying a baby fell over & cut her knee. parking spaces too narrow / inadequately defined. no signage to exit & tight lanes between cars. Would not use again”
“This car park offers a consistently great experience with minimal hassle. While it's about 15 minutes away from the airport, the efficiency of the service makes the journey feel seamless. The drop-off and pickup process is very smooth, and I've always found it to be a reliable and straightforward option.
My only significant concern is the lighting, particularly for late-night arrivals. On multiple occasions, arriving after midnight, the car park was extremely dark. In some sections, it seems the lights are turned off completely, forcing me to use my phone's flashlight to navigate and find my way.
This lack of lighting created a feeling of unease, especially when I was alone. It's a small but very important issue that made me feel a bit unsafe and made me look over my shoulder constantly. I believe implementing sensor-activated lighting in these areas would be a simple and effective solution to greatly improve the customer experience and safety.
Overall, it's a fantastic service, but the poor lighting is a definite drawback that should be addressed.”
