“I needed to arrive to car park a day earlier. Initially it wouldn't let me to amend my booking so I paid for an extra day. Later on I managed to amend the original booking but couldn't cancel the extra day I booked separately or contact the customer services. So paid for one day twice due to app incompetence.”

“Competitive prices, easy to find, enter, park and lots of shuttles leaving regularly. My only issue was that some other users parked really badly making spaces unusable or risking damage to your car and the lighting in certain areas was lacking.”
