“I did not realise that I had paid for self park. I left the car, jumped on the bus with my keys.
Whilst on the bus I had a call saying that I had left my car in the drop and go lanes, but it was not a problem, I just had to give my keys to the bus driver.
On return, the member of staff William, I think, remembered the issue, gave me a bar code, I collected my keys from the locker and the car was nearby. No extra charge.
Good regular bus service and helpful staff.
Was able to double up on my Tesco club card points so got a weeks parking at half price. All in all a pretty good deal and service.”
“Staff were excellent after I left my wallet. Went and walked to see if it was left in the car park, found my car and saw it on my seat. Went over and above, not many do that these days. Driver also gave me a direct mobile number for the manager as the main APH helpline lost property number was about as good as a chocolate fireguard.”
“On arrival (in the dark), I was told to park in row P, where there were no lights, so stepping out of my car into a puddle, and then walking back to the entrance to catch the bus, was all done through puddles which I could not see as there were so few lights. The bus driver showed no interest in helping anyone with their luggage. People were allowed to stand as all the seats were taken. On my return, as it was my first trip with this parking, I was not aware that there were 2 drop-off points, for self park and the other parking they do, and the driver did not annouce that we should stay on the bus for self-parking drop-off. Same driver, again no help with luggage (as a 71 year old with golf clubs this would have been appreciated). The only 3 people I interacte with were someone checking me into the car park, and waving me to the exit, plue the same driver out and back. I never saw any onf them smile.”
“Super easy, as we arrived the barrier recognised my reg and lifted up, someone told me where to park and then we got straight on the bus, all within 2 minutes of arriving!”
“Everything is always perfect . I have never been disappointed. On my last trip, the flight was delayed by two and a half hours, so my arrival was quite delayed. I didn't encounter any problems because of this.
