“We booked self park at Luton but went to the wrong area which is not clearly signposted. Access is very narrow but I don't think you can do anything about that! Staff were v helpful, loading lugage etc. Will use every time we fly from Luton or Gatwick.

“Arrival at the self park area was fine, we were told where to park at the gate. Few spaces available in the row though - could have been more but some selfish drivers had taken up 1.5 or 2 spaces for their cars, leaving a number of too-small spaces, this doesn’t seem to be monitored. Short wait for bus, dropped off right outside terminal.
On our return we got the bus OK, but the grumpy driver didn’t communicate at all, no-one told us that the bus went to the separate drop and go car park first and that we should have stayed on the bus. So we ended up with a long walk in the rain to reach our car. When we did, we were met by another anxious customer desperate to find a space for her car, staff had told her twice that there were spaces and she just had to look! But until we came along, there was no space big enough, due to selfish parking mentioned above. Staff seemed to avoid customers and offered no help.”
“The Location is very good just off the M1. The APH notice that you are arriving at the car park is the only problem the signage could be better when you approach the Left hand turn into slip end . We drove past it and then had to ask someone for dkrections.”
“Absolutely quality. Security there 24/7 too which i did not expect. Car spaces are large enough to avoid any collisions etc. smooth experience, your car is safe.”
