“Excellent service, was a slight wait with the bus in the morning but that could have been as it was an early drop off 5:30am so maybe less buses running. Faultless on the way back, bus already waiting and short journey back. Have used before and will continue to use”
“The car park needs more lighting. Couldn't see the floor surface so walking with cases was an issue.
Prompt pick up and drop off service.
On pick up the drivers could be more helpful. Like announcing where the bus is going to. People are tired after travelling and more help would be useful.
I thought the driver was about abrupt.”
