“I needed to arrive to car park a day earlier. Initially it wouldn't let me to amend my booking so I paid for an extra day. Later on I managed to amend the original booking but couldn't cancel the extra day I booked separately or contact the customer services. So paid for one day twice due to app incompetence.”
“We arrived back at night. There is next to no lighting in the car park. There was a massive puddle next to the car which I stepped in up to my ankles and had to drive home in soggy wet socks and trainers. Not nice.”
