“So easy to park. Staff were on hand to help out, quickly getting you in to an area for a space. Buses were frequent and quick to the airport. First time I have used APH and will use them again.”

Parking at Luton was great, and several members of staff were especially friendly and helpful. Pedro (I believe that was his name) and Aldi both went above and beyond to support us during a difficult situation. After travelling all day and then being unable to find our car keys, they provided shelter, offered us hot drinks, and kept us going when we were exhausted and stressed. Their kindness truly made a difference, and all the staff were welcoming and comforting throughout.
One suggestion for improvement: the car park could benefit from clearer, freshly painted parking lines, as the spaces are quite tight and difficult to see in the dark. Some additional fence or ambient lighting would also help, as it was nearly pitch-black when we arrived.
Overall, the staff were outstanding, and their support turned a stressful situation into a much more manageable one. great teamwork”
