“We've been using APH parking lots for over 10 years. Everything has always been more than perfect. However, today, the transfer from the airport to the parking lot was a disaster. A very long wait for the bus on a very cold evening, a crowd of people waiting for the bus, and no information. The driver, who wasn't at fault, was still a company representative, so a simple "sorry" would have been appropriate. I still recommend the APH parking lot network, but situations like this shouldn't happen!”
