“The positives are easy to use booking system, well managed facility, good security, well organised transfer to and from airport. The negatives are firstly the state of the roads and parking areas. Secondly, we saw several people struggling to use the automatic exit barrier, enough to suggest it needs reviewing. Does anyone ever read these reviews?”
“I think you're service was very good, apart from when we arrived back after our holiday. we had two very heavy suitcases and we are both pensioners. We had to walk from one side of the car park to the other side, we wasn't told where to get off for the grey zone. I have very bad breathing problems, so I don't think I will be using your car park again.”

“Parked here for a week in August, easy to find. Parked up and boarded the bus straight away. 10 mins to the airport. On the return journey the bus arrived within 5 minutes of us waiting. overall excellent service”
