“Everything worked well. The only criticism I have is that I was sent to park in the grey section. I’d had a fairly long journey and needed the toilet and there wasn’t one there. The bus driver said I could have gone to where there was one but I wasn’t to know this. Ideally there needs to be a toilet there please”
“The car park we were on was acceptable but not brilliant - certainly 100% better than the Birmingham one we experienced last November. Didn't compare though to Gatwick, East Mids, or Manchester. Think it was an Airparks car park. Shuttles were okay.”

The access is a bit winding, but both the sat nav and road markings will lead you without any problems. The bus transfer is every 15 minutes any takes less than 15 minutes to reach the airport and the same of the return journey, for this you have to add up to 30 minutes to your trip”
“Check in at 3:30am was easy and efficient. Bus to Luton Airport - Driver not interested in helping with or stowing luggage, journey to Airport OK.
Our return was appalling bus driver was scanning ticket and cramming people onboard the bus again no help with luggage and no sooner we were on the bus he shut the doors and was driving off - we had no seats, no luggage space, there were at least 10 people standing trying to hang onto both the bus and luggage. The driver seemed to have no interest in the passanger safety.
I am very upset with the experience especially as we use APH Gatwick a lot and have great service.
I hope APH association with Airparks will be terminated and APH select either a new partner or have there own compound giving the service that Gatwick do.
I will not be using this car park again.”
