On return, get down from the Airparks free bus, pick up your car and drive through. Door opens with your name on display. Staff is extremely friendly. I will use this service again and again.”
“Very good service - pick up was nice and easy and quick transfer.
Return - was very useful to use the “bus tracking” service for Bus Stop E. Enabled us to sit inside where it was warmer and then come out when the bus was almost back.
Also - the best thing - my car had a flat battery and the AA gave me a 1 hour estimate, but, the staff at the car park had a special mobile battery charging unit and had my car up and running instantly.
I was able to leave within 10 mins of reporting the issue. Superb customer service and efforts on Xmas Eve. :-)”
“In the rain you end up walking through puddles to go to an open bus stop which on a windy day it rains into.
When you collect your car in the evening it is pitch dark as the parking area has no lighting. Making it even harder to avoid puddles.”
