“Excellent service thank you , just one comment please could you advise your users to park in their allotted space and not to encroach on other users spaces , thank you .Appreciate that the spaces are really tight , but if the other users to park smartly this would help . We had to attempts two separate spaces , then had to park up the top of the row snug against the fence .”
“Good service and secure location with helpful staff. Bus driver was happy to drop us off outside the Holiday Inn Express where we staying the night before our flight.
Only downside was how full the bus was on the return journey.”
“On the whole, the service was good. I was parked at the far end in the grey area, and returning in the early hours of the morning we had to drag our luggage on this dusty uneven ground. Luckily it was not raining as it would be muddy. It would have meant placing muddy suit case from the wheels into the boot of my car. I understand the cost of tarmacking the whole car park, but can a tarmac path be built?”
“I had to cancel my booking with 24 hours notice due to my dad being critically I’ll.
I received an email saying that as I didn’t give 48 hours notice I couldn’t claim a refund (despite the website saying 24 hours). I was very disappointed with the response I received. I won’t be using APH Luton self park again. I was unable to speak to anyone about the matter, only by email.”
“Great service by all staff, very helpful and friendly, and car was just where I left it!
Only improvement I’d suggest is that initial instructions weren’t so rushed on entry. I parked in the Grey area but hadn’t realised that I needed to be guided to a specific space by the member of staff up there. Thankfully it was easily resolved.
I’d happily use the service & car park again with confidence.”
