“Been directed to one of the stations for transfer when bus was waiting for departure at front desk. Waited 30 minutes, asked the guy at reception when the bus will come and why he didn't told me that I need to come at reception and get on the bus, he was rude, he called the other driver who was about to leave in 20 minutes. Definitely not going to come back to this carpark.”
“This car park is situated very close to the airport, only 12min approx away, you are greeted when you arrive at the car park and given a parking area to park your car, the bus is waiting to take you to the airport, the bus driver takes you right up to the entrance of the airport, and the bus is parked in the same location on return to the uk, this makes life very easy when you come back, you have the keys and the car is where you left it, all this only takes a few mins and no hassle, I have used APH before near Birmingham and I would recommend APH car parks.”
