“Check in at 3:30am was easy and efficient. Bus to Luton Airport - Driver not interested in helping with or stowing luggage, journey to Airport OK.
Our return was appalling bus driver was scanning ticket and cramming people onboard the bus again no help with luggage and no sooner we were on the bus he shut the doors and was driving off - we had no seats, no luggage space, there were at least 10 people standing trying to hang onto both the bus and luggage. The driver seemed to have no interest in the passanger safety.
I am very upset with the experience especially as we use APH Gatwick a lot and have great service.
I hope APH association with Airparks will be terminated and APH select either a new partner or have there own compound giving the service that Gatwick do.
I will not be using this car park again.”
“Easy to find, despite the feeling of driving out into the middle of nowhere! Easy to check in, friendly staff, and easy to park. Easy to find your designated space. The bus stop is clear and a friendly bus driver. Quick transfer to the airport. On return easy to find the correct bus, frequent buses. The whole thing was simple and half the price of parking at the airport!”
“This is the second time in 2 months I have used APH Luton . The first time in early October having returned from 4 day trip we were dropped a long distance from parked car and forced to walk over recently layered tarmac and run the gauntlet of air blowers who were blowing of grit all over the place , presumably in prep for more tarmac. A complaint still lacks response. The second stay last week resulted in a half hour wait in long queues from terminal back to car park .
Perhaps better to use on airport long stay next time ?”
“Parked there quite a few times now so easy and straightforward from check in to leaving.
Drivers are courteous and friendly as all the staff are.
The only drawback’s for me are that some of parking areas get large puddles and the surfaces in large areas are just plainings which did not do a lot for the wheels on our suitcase.
But I’m sure in time they both will be sorted.”
