“Everything was fine - easy to find. The coach was on time and the departure simple.
Coming back (at the end of half term) it was very busy and clearly several companies use the same rank which could be confusing. That said it was well handled by the APH staff and we got to the coach having only waited 7-8 mins.

“Very easy to find. Tight parking space for bigger car. Waited 20 minutes for the shuttle bus. Helpful staff. All in all positive but give yourself time. Would recommend for easy access.”
“I had a brilliant experience with APH at Luton. Booking online was very easy and it was just as easy getting there, parking and then getting the shuttle to the airport. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The best thing about it is that I paid for all of it in clubcard vouchers so it didn't take away from my holiday money!”
