“Good service and ex customers service. Booked a slot day before use and later panicked when realising I had not given myself enough time to arrive and on return time to pick up car.
Left a message on their answer phone about my situation and they replied in time for me to rectify my booking. Travelled 18.01.23.”
“The arrival and departure procedures were good. The reason for 3 stars and not recommending the car park is due to the surface of roads and parking areas.
The surface is a disgrace considering the cost to park. The roads and parking areas were littered with broken tarmac and potholes, some of which were deep. The area is more like wasteland than a proper car park.”
