“Seems secure, very large car park. some parking poor by individuals and consequently not alot of space between vehicles. Night lighting not bad, but not perfect. Transfer service good, even late at night - we landed at 22.15 and after collecting bags etc, there was only a 3 min. wait for a bus. Exit route could do with clearer marking, especially at night when dark.”
“Have been using aph for years and have always been happy, but very disappointed this time, staff good, buses all on time and quick, but my partner and myself had to walk and wheel 2 suitcases through mud and puddles in the dark at seven in the morning to get to the bus stop. Part of the grey area at the back of the car park is dark and un tarmacked. I will think twice about using APH at Luton next time I travel.

“Been directed to one of the stations for transfer when bus was waiting for departure at front desk. Waited 30 minutes, asked the guy at reception when the bus will come and why he didn't told me that I need to come at reception and get on the bus, he was rude, he called the other driver who was about to leave in 20 minutes. Definitely not going to come back to this carpark.”
