“I sent the following to APH. Was just asked to contact Airparks direct, so clearly APH not interested.
I just would like to start by saying that I am a huge fan of APH, use them regularly at Gatwick and it has always been our car park of choice. The facility is great, all staff, drivers and reception first class and altogether a great experience.
Slip End, however, can only be described as the complete opposite, and I am surprised that APH put their name to this shared Airparks venture.
We just returned from our holiday and retrieved our car from grey zone.
The car park, is a disgrace. There are so many potholes and uneven surface, that it is impossible to wheel your luggage from the car to the bus stop. And trying to avoid the deep water filled potholes whilst carrying cases is not great. The lighting is very poor, at night difficult to locate your car.
The customer service skills of the drivers we encountered were non existent, and the coach was thrown around the bends, to the point where a buggy containing two babies tipped over into it's side. The driver appeared to be blissfully unaware.
Overall, really extremely disappointed, and will not use APH at Luton again. I would rather travel further to Gatwick and fly from there.”
“I am happy with APH services the only issue was at return Luton airport bay R the driver calling for white tickets and not mentioned that the bus is for Slip End car park. I was confused because I had the ticket but on it mentioned yellow area and I thought he is calling just by areas because it was very busy.
The second driver asked for the blue tickets for different car park. Rest of services are good, prompt and secure. I would recommend APH car park”
