“I've used other air parks at Luton previously but selected this one at Slip End because it came up slightly cheaper. However, whilst it still wasn't that far from the airport, the wait for buses for the transfer to/from airport was too long. We flew out on Friday afternoon and arrived back early evening on Monday so it wasn't during unsociable hours and the queue was very long by the time the bus arrived to take us back to the car park.”

“Really love the ease of use of this car park - very efficient staff and well organised. Only downfall was getting shuttle bus back from airport was a late flight and no organisation at pick up point so people were getting quite argumentative in the queue. I suggest possible more shuttle buses at busy times and someone to organise queue.”
