Excellent service very efficient safe parking and staff very helpful, I left my Tesla door open and only realised on my app at the airport I asked the bus driver who took us to airport if they can close it and they did, when I got back we had a flat tyre. They gave me a pump and the staff helped me pump it up . Very caring and helpful. Will defo use again if flying from Luton.

It was ok, smooth process, friendly bus driver, except entry was slow due to one person needing to check each vehicle. We didn’t have any issues but the state of the carpark didn’t lead you to believe it was particularly secure, and much of it is not tarmacked. I would look for an alternative next time.

Dropping the car off was OK. On return the bus journey from the airport ended in an unlit car park with no advice on where the zones were. I along with other passengers wandered around the dark car park in the pouring rain looking for our vehicles. The car park was covered with water filled pot holes. This is an experience I will not repeat. We are regular customers of APH Gatwick, a much more professional operation.

This is a very convenient parking arrangement/ No hassle and we had a seamless transfer. Will recommend it to anyone. Being able to pay from Tesco vouchers was the icing on the cake.

Arrival st the car park was all very good and professional however it went down hill from there we were directed to our parking area down beyond the Airparks car park the gaps were rather tight the bus did arrive quite timely. The bus was an unmarked vehicle with no signage ant took us to the airport. On our return home we followed the instructions on the bus ticket we were given calling the number as requested on the ticket, this went to a recorded message telling us the bus runs every 20 min. The first bus at the stop had a display saying Airparks short run on it the driver informed us this was not our bus and our Airparks bus will be along soon. 10 min after that the unmarked bus arrived our ticket was scanned and we boarded the bus. The driver waited till the bus was completely rammed full then set off to the car park. The bus arrived at the car park and people were being dropped of at the relevant bus stops around Airparks car park after a number of stops we arrived at the APH stop we exited the bus in to a dark deserted car park with one other couple the bus left. It was very dark my wife felt quiet uncomfortable it being 01:00. I remotely switched on my cars lights to help locate it, I had to squeeze in my car and pull out of the gap to be able to have enough room to open the passenger door. I even ended up driving around the parking area to help the other couple to locate their parking area as it was too dark for them to see where they had parked. Sorry APH this was not what I expected from you as your Gatwick parking is superb in future if I travel from Luton I will pay the extra for the LLA long stay.
