“The departure journey was fine. Very basic in terms of self parking so can’t expect much so that is fine.
The return journey was not great. Our car was in the green zone. When on the bay the driver was shouting out the colours but it was not possible to hear him and there was no wording internally to say which colour stop etc. the driver had seen our ticket that said green stop. We didn’t know we had to tell Him to stop at the green stop and could not hear him. When we got to the end he says which stop are we. When we said green he got annoyed and shouted at me and my wife and said I’ve been past green why didn’t we say to stop. I said we can’t hear you. I think He should have made a note of everyone’s colour so he could see which colours he needed to stop off at or provide clear signage or Audio on the bus to say which colour stop was coming up etc. I didn’t expect the reaction from him as I don’t think it was a big deal and we could not hear him. I thought his reaction was out of order and uncalled for and for that reason I would be reluctant to return which is a shame as have used APH many times in the past. It left a sour taste at the end of our holiday which was a shame over something so minor.”

So had to remove my car . Refused refund or amend
parking time . Was told to claim of airline. Had to pay again for another week . Will be making a claim again soon . Disappointed”
“Booking was easy. the directions given to the car park were clear. Check in and out were straightforward. Bus waiting times were as expected. Have used APH Luton before and it has always been good.”
