“The outward journey was good, with no problems at all. The return journey was not so good. This is because the Airparks and Short Run buses went to the wrong bays (Short Run went to R and Airparks went to S). This meant that the queues were in the wrong places and this caused confusion and mayhem. I mentioned to the drivers that they were in the wrong bays and they said it was a temporary change. I then heard later on one driver whisper to the other that they had parked incorrectly.”
“Parking in Luton is so expensive compared to Gatwick which is such a shame, this car park was basically a big field which didn’t feel secure considering how much it costs! If you can afford to pay more I would of prob chosen a nicer more secure parking area, staff were also very grumpy here, not at all welcoming! but I choose this one due to cost, however £99 for 1 week is still expensive in my opinion.”
“Difficult to find. Long queue in rain to get in so not booked in just told to park and no returning ticket issued. Returning driver did not want to let us on the bus as didn’t have ticket and said ‘ well it’s an hour of your time you’ll waste’. Wouldn’t use again. Other APH’s much better.”
