“The parking spaces are not numbered or with any sign to be able to locate the car. At night it is difficult to orient yourself and remember where I parked my car.”
“Found it and parked no problem. When I returned I had to climb through the back seat of the car because it was parked in 3 inches of water. Bus drivers could do with a tannoy to announce stops on the bus.”
“I used this car park for the 2nd time in the last few weeks. The first time, I parked the car in the dark, early in the morning, in pouring rain. No discernable features nearby to identify where I had parked. No signs. On returning to the car park, it was difficult to locate the car.
Last week, I used the car park again. This time I parked in daylight. Still no signage to say where I'd parked, so I took several photos. I also asked the Airparks official which zone I was in, as it was not indicated anywhere. He told me it was the "Yellow Zone", as shown by the yellow cones around it. On return, I asked the driver to drop me at the "Yellow Zone". He told me there was no "Yellow Zone"!! Found the car this time as it was near the entrance.
I have been using this car park quite regularly for years, but not the self-park side of it. Never had any problems before. Maybe I won't be going back to the self park car park?”
