“Overall good experience. Staff at the front gate very friendly and helpful. Additional staff through the car park to assist where needed is great too.
Shuttle bus slightly on a bad one. Didn’t seem to operate on any timetable and not much information about this to be found anywhere. Long waiting time between busses as we missed one as we were just approaching the bus stop and had to wait over 30 minutes for next bus.
On the way back for some reason on the ticket was telling us to inform about the arrival- to our surprise we were connected to the automated message where to find a bus stop - total waste of time to do so as information was misleading. Bus arrived fairly quickly for us but the queue was waiting there for a while”
“Sept 2023 - second time we have used APH at slip end and both times have been a good experience. Easy to find and check in, the parking is well staffed so there are people to guide you to your space. We didnt wait long for a transfer bus and about 20 mins to the terminal (similar on the return) most importantly no movement or damage to the vehicle (you keep your keys). We will definitely use again and recommend”

“Easy to get to the car park with extra instructions given at the time of booking.
Staff member was on hand to direct you to the right parking bay and the bus transfer to the airport was effective.
The only issue we had was lack of marked bay when collecting your car upon arrival.
The car park was not adequately equipped with light and due to that we had difficulties locating our car in the dark because the bays were not marked or have adequate light in the car park.”
