“Luton APH was good but could be better. The pick up in return was confusing not only for me but for other passengers re bus stop R outside Luton Airport a bus turned up in R but driver said not for us when we showed him our ticket. We waited and then the bus turned up in the next bay S I think. When arriving back at the APH car park the driver did not voice what areas he was stopping at ie Green, Red, Grey etc. A couple of passengers who were pensioners were very confused about when to get off the bus (it was not easy to read signs through the windows of the bus. Wouldn’t it be better for the driver to voice the area he is stopping at when dropping off. This I think would help all passengers going forward.”
“Waited about 10 minutes for the bus to the airport but were in no rush and on the way home waited a few minutes for the bus. I like parking here as it’s an easy process and you get on your way!!”
“Outward journey to the airport the driver was very helpful loading and unloading the suitcases
but the return driver (4.45am( was not helpful at all
If the return driver was as good as the outward driver it would have been a 5 star rating”
