“Everything ran smoothly, it was a good location and the transfers ran regularly. However, on our way back at 10.30 at night on a full bus the bus driver spoke extremely quietly to tell people what stop we were at and no one at the back could hear. He was very rude to my husband when he asked the bus driver to speak up. The transfer system worked well but I wouldn’t rate the staff!”
