“I found Aph Luton self parking cheaper then others around with short distance and frequent trasfer to airport. The downside is that the parking companies have significantly raised their rates since the pandemic. Additionally, the parking lots are currently in poor condition, particularly during rainy days when they become flooded. While the prices offered are competitive, it would be beneficial to see some investment allocated to addressing these issues.”
“Bus drivers very polite and efficient. Self park process works well. The only snag came when my number plate not recognised on exit. No place to flash my code and call 'could not be answered'. Had to exit car into the freeze and request that I could be released. Guy who must have seen the entire event then opened the barrier too early and it closed before I could access the car, thus holding up at least 3 cars. This happened about 7pm on 26/1/26.”
“Very cheap so great. Not obvious where it is though and no APH signage. It is a bit basic though. Just looks like one of the dodgy ones but to be fair isn’t”
“We opted for self park facility. Overall it was great. We parked our car in a particular row and picked it on our return. Frequency of shuttles is excellent.
My only problem is the condition of roads within the car park. There was tar all over the place. Seems it's poorly maintained causing puddles all over.”
