“Drove into the wrong car park initially as wasn't sure what car park was for me, but then got directed to correct one. The shuttle was there within 10mins and was plenty of room for a double buggy. Overall a good efficient service”
“It was easy to find the carpark and It was much cheaper than the other options.
However on entry the checking in was going slow for some reason, even though the cameras were recognising the licence numbers immediately.
The shuttle buses are frequent, although on the way back the queue to get on the bus was quite long and we had to wait for the next bus”
“On arrival staff smiley and helpful even though it was 0530!!! Bus driver said good morning also. Easy drop off and pick up. I worked it out that we get picked up from the same place we are dropped off at Luton Airport. Not sure how this can be communicated better but that is my only thought but there are signs to help. Love how simple it is. No paperwork just.”
“Very easy system, car park has some rather large pot holes that would do damage if not avoided.
Person at the gate not overly friendly but both shuttle drivers friendly and helpful.”
