“Well signposted, friendly helpful staff, good price to park, safe and you take your keys with you.
I would like to acknowledge one member of staff who was so helpful and went the extra mile. When we returned to the car Monday might, my brakes had seized up and the car wouldn't move (due to heavy rain) Lee Clark was so helpful, returning back to our car with us to make sure sure we were ok and guiding the breakdown truck in, straight to us.

“Compared to other self park places, it was all very slow and long winded. We queued to get into the car park for literally 10-15 minutes, where we found a man manually checking us in, and then telling us where to park. Personally this needs updating, as other car parks at other airports automatically scan your registered car registration, and then you park anywhere noting the zone.
Car park was also tired and required maintenance.”
“Easy to use but barrier didn’t lift automatically for me to leave. This may have been because my plane landed early and I allowed extra time when booking. The carpark had lots of huge puddles after heavy rain fortunately I dodged them but some people had to go through them to get to their cars.”
“The park is easy to find, there was an attendant telling people which row to park in and there was not a long wait for the bus either time. The only suggestion I would make is that the bus driver should announce which parks he was stopping at on the way back. It was thanks to other people on the bus that I got off at the right place. Also, there was someone who did NOT get off when he needed to, as he did not know.”
