“At first we went into drop off key car park but were directed to self park by a gentleman who worked at APH. Parked our car easily and took note of lane where we had parked. Bus arrived very soon. On our return when it was dark and we were tired, our car wouldn't start! The gentleman in the little office got in touch within minutes and a polite young man came and jump started our car. We weren't sure about opening the bonnet and he did this for us as well. Nothing was too much trouble. He was brilliant. We were so grateful and would like to convey our thanks to everyone. Thanks for going over and above what was expected.”
“Absolutely brilliant. Very easy to use and very friendly staff. On my return the car battery was flat, so I couldn’t start the car. I spoke with them and they jump started the car free of charge which was amazing.
The only small negative point, would be the slight rude way in which one of the bus drivers commanded me that I can’t take my coffee on board of the bus. I waited for the next one which was only 10 minutes away. Problem solved.”
