“This falls way short of APH's usual high standards
1. There is no APH signage directing you to the APH parking, all signage relates to Airparks (the competition) so lost time stopping to ask for directions. Nothing on APH comms about following Airparks signage.
2. Anyone could have driven my car out of the car park. The barrier automatically opens on recognition of the number plate.
3. Driving standards of Airparks bus drivers is poor, excessive speed. On return bus stopped at the first bus stop and made us walk back to our car rather than proceeding to the nearest bus stop to our car.”
