“Everything went smoothly, booking check in and the shuttle, staff all very polite, helpful and informative.
Only problem was it was far too dark, even a few more lights would've helped. And the fact we were parked over at the back of the car park and it had been raining meant we were stumbling through puddles. We are both in our 70's, this is the second year running I have mentioned this in a review and if travelling early morning in future will have to consider alternative car parks or even a taxi instead. “Directions sent in original email were very clear and helpful. On arrival access and parking was straightforward. The bus driver was polite, cheerful and responded positively about what to do when we return. Drop off was steps away from the entrance. Return was easy and exit quite simple.”
