“My first airport parking and I must I will choose that convinience any day. Self parking is highly recommended as you just park and go. Super easy and simple to use.”
“The most horrible experience in my life to a car park. I arrived today to pick up my car from self service and the person working there today 28th February 2025 AM shift just been plain rude and disrespectful as did not let me out of car park as their system couldn't find my car for check out. That individual kept asking me for my confirmation of my car number and initially i showed on their app all the information I got and he kept asking why is my registration number is not displayed on their app or confirmation number. How would I know as its firstly not my app and secondly its not my problem its lacking information on their site/ways of working. Then I showed him tbe email I got from booking and he then asked for my confirmation code which again I showed him initially. Waste of time and most importantly why this hassle when it's obviously that I did made the check in otherwise I couldn't park my car there for 1 week.
I arrived on the luton airport and I couldn't find the bus either thats is dropping you to their car park and there been 0 information on your arrival. The contact number from Google APH Luton was forwarded to a mobile which had a full mailbox so not able to leave a message or get help to find the correct bus which took 15 minutes to figure it out by ourself and having panic attacks.
Not a business I will ever deal with again in my life! From unmarked buses that don't look or feel safe, total absence of help, care and RUDE staff o a carpark with massive deep puddles that you wade through, in the dark - just, don't go there.
I deffo never EVER using APH service in my life!!! SO DISSAPOINTED of this service as APH Gatwick airport carpark are SO much superior and way more polite and organised !”
“Good pick up from the airport with the app. Main issue is picking car up at night. There are no lights so quite hard to find your way about and the rows end in a dead end, hard to tell this at night, so we needed to reverse back down the row. We also had to wait as the drop up bus blocked our way out. The rows are not very clear as the older markings are as visible as the new ones.”
“Very easy to get to and bus service was quick and efficient. The only downside is there are no toilets available on the self-park section, you would have to walk to the other area for these.”
“Everything was great at drop-off. Left the car, got on to the bus, job done. When we got back, the car was in a pool of water and my feet got soaked. There was heavy rain and some parts of the car park were flooded”
