“I've used Luton self park previously hence the return to use it for this trip.
The only thing stopping this from being a 5* review was the transfer to the airport.
I arrived at 6am, parked up and was at the bus stop by 6:10am with a toddler we waited 35 mins for bus. They were all parked at the Drop and Go Airparks due to a 6am shift turnover. It would have been handy to have this as a need to know when booking as it lead to alot of anxiety around timing to the airport, getting through security etc. especially with a toddler and a buggy etc. I found myself clock watching the entirity of the time.”
“Overall experience was good with entrance and exit processes well, but spaces were limited and restricted further by people not parking thoughtfully. Other on the shuttle to the car park complained of large pools of standing water in car park area. Parking areas and marking needs to be improved.”
“Arrived at the Car Park before 6am. Did not get to the Airport until 7.05am despite the Attendant saying the transfer transport was 5 mins away. By the time the bus came there was enough people there to fill 2 buses. At the prices you charge ….NOT GOOD ENOUGH.”
“Parked our car for one night. Nonissues, smooth, quick and friendly check in, short distance to the row we were directed to. There was only one Very small space available in that row and I spent the whole 2 days worrying that I would get a door dent from someone else opening their car door onto ours, and ours is a tiny Picanto! Bus was very convenient in that it was there when we were ready to leave. In return we were unclear about which bay to wait in at Luton for return bus… we even got on the wrong bus at one point. Short wait for the correct one though which had an “airparks” sign in it and quick easy return with no faffing even though we were slightly delayed. Was a very cheap option and will use again.”
