“It's unfortunate that you employed a driver who thought it was funny watching a lady struggle to get her golf clubs off the bus. I could not believe that he stood back and never helped and once she achieved removing the wheeled golf clubs down the busses step he laughed. Her comment of ignorant pig suited your driver.
