“When we arrived the meet and greet was really easy and fast. Dropped off and walked into the airport with ease. On our return the car was there when we arrived but on exiting the car park the barrier wouldn’t let us leave. When we pressed the service button the car park attendant was rude and said the parking company needed to sort it out. I called and they said they would send someone to us in about 15 mins. Sitting at barriers in a busy car park for 15 mins was not pleasant. When they arrived the told us to reverse and try the other gate. That worked and it let us out. This wasn’t the meet and greet company’s fault but inconvenient and stressful. Why couldn’t the parking attendant on the service button have told us to try the other barrier?”
“Very easy so highly recommended. Drove to car park, left keys and short walk to terminal. Telephoned upon collecting baggage on our return and car ready in car park.
Very easy to use and saved a lot of time, after very busy airport traffic at Luton airport.”
