“What great service and a great team! I completely forgot to bring my key, as I use my phone for my car, and once my daughter had taken off the stop/start button, we had to keep the car running so they could drive it offsite. On our return, we were taken in the minibus to pick it up. Apologies if I have his name wrong, but Rhubar was lovely and chatty as he took us there. Thank you so much!”
“The location is great, the signs to know where to park the car it isn’t and no one bothered to get out of the car to see if you have arrived to drop your car. On the return when I needed to pick my car the staff wasn’t too friendly instead of asking questions I got and aggressive answer that my car will be with me shortly. After getting my car I saw the scratches on my car which is not the best service. I wouldn’t use the service again.”
