“Every thing worked out OK. The driver was a bit grumpy. He left 2 persons at the e gate just as we were pulling away. Even though there was room for them. The driver who took us to the airport was much nicer and helpful.”
“Easy to book and use. Just turn up, park where sign posted, sign in, drop key in dedicated place, hop on bus and your done.
Downside, no flexibility within 48 hours of travel, even for very regular customers.
I wish they would Display the pick up location in the car park in big print on the screen so you can't miss it. Staff very helpful and mostly friendly.”
“The car park should have a bigger APH sign, it can’t be seen until you’re actually entering the compound. The process itself was quite straight forward but I personally did require a little help !!
In return it was very straight forward and easy
I have used APH Luton twice now and the Gatwick one far more, will definitely use them again n again”
