“This was my second time using this APH site and both times everything went smoothly and as expected. I will definitely use them again and will recommend this site.
The only improvement I would like is the shuttle bus drivers assisting passengers with their luggage (making sure it's secure, assisting families with kids equipment) as they do at APH site at Gatwick airport.”

Very helpful and polite staff, as weel when I've dropped the car but also when I've picked it up.
On a side note, I forgot where I've left my ticket that I had to use on return, so the lady at the desk was very helpful to print me a new ticket.
No rolling eyes, not being patronising or sarcastic, just genuine helpfull member of staff that just wanted to help.
Really appreciate it, she is a gem and a credit to the company.
