“Arrived early Sat 1 Oct, our booking could not be found on the system, had to leave our key but was told to come back to the check in desk on our return to get our car. they guy then came and found us in the queue for the bus to photograph our booking paperwork.
On return to Luton went to the check in desk and the guy could not find our booking on the system. there was a lot of people waiting he called for the supervisor to come. When the cupboard was opened holding the keys my husband spotted our key but the registration was a letter different he pointed this out to the guy he said that it was not it and was not interested. When the supervisor arrived we mentioned this to him and he got the key we all went to the bay and it was our car. Sorted but not a smooth operatoin that we have had in the past.”
“On arrival back at airport the bus driver was very unhelpful, uncooperative basically need to learn how to talk to people properly instead of shouting at them. Everyone on the bus was discussing how he needs to get a brain transplant and that’s putting it mildly. I’m sure I won’t be the only giving negative comments about the driver. Apart from that all ok.”
“I would much rather park my own car, my experience with drop and go didn't go too well, it took half an hour to find my key on return! Everyone else got their keys straight away. I do not want to use drop n go again, but I will still use APH .”
“I’ve used the Gatwick APH a few times. I have to say it’s a much slicker operation.
Whilst Luton was good and I would use again, one thing area could be improved. When we got off the bus to pick up our cars nobody knew where to go or what to do. The machines were for checking in, after about 10 mins a guy walked over and opened a small side office and started handing out keys. Before that there was confusion.”
