“I was satisfied with the parking facilities. However I was disappointed with the lack of support for disabled people. My wife and I arrived back at the car park at around 11pm and there was no one to help with luggage and a disability scooter. Our car was as far away from the drop off point as it was possible to be which was most disappointing. Perhaps this could be given consideration in future.”
“It was easy to book online and find the parking, BUT I was deeply disappointed on my return. It was very confusing where to go for the shuttle as I walked out of the airport. There is no signage on the bus stop! I called your help line but you have no customer’s service at the weekend - The time when most passengers are traveling! How ridiculous is that! I asked one of the airport service workers – he sent me in to the taxi parking. I asked one driver, he wasn’t sure but said he is driving to the long stay car park. So I had a ride but in the wrong direction, so wasted half an hour. It was already midnight by the time I finally found the right bus stop and arrived to collect my car. I am glad I booked extra time just in case, otherwise I would be paying for expired ticket! So would I recommend your service to my friends and family? I think you know the answer!”
